The Black Car Fund needed a comprehensive client safety training program but had no existing content or LMS infrastructure. Their registration requirements were highly complex, with more than 20 commercial license types in New York State - making off-the-shelf LMS platforms unusable.

Our Role

We owned the entire build from concept to launch-developing the curriculum, instructional design, scripting, animation, and a custom LMS with a bespoke registration system that correctly routed learners based on license type. A 3D, scenario-based approach ensured the content was clear, engaging, and aligned with real-world safety needs.

Yes. Many clients come to us with expertise but no structured curriculum. We build courses from the ground up, starting with discovery sessions to extract knowledge, define learning objectives, map curriculum architecture, and develop a scalable production plan. You do not need fully written scripts or finished materials to begin.

Do you build out LMS platforms?
